• Capacity: Ideal for 2 people, and up to 4 people (1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed).

• Layout: located in the middle of a large garden, 35 meters from the main house, its terrace borders a small pond with water lilies.

• Check-in: Travelers can enter autonomously, but we are also happy to welcome them in person. Check-in from 4:00 PM - Check-out at 11:00 AM.

• Pets: Pets are welcome.

• Parking: 2 parking spaces on the premises (ample and easy street parking).

• Bedding: sheets, duvets and pillows.

• Bathroom: shower, WC, small sink, bath towels, soap and shampoo, toilet paper, cleaning products, hairdryer.

• Kitchenette: pots and pans, 2 cooking hobs, microwave oven, tableware, glasses, and cutlery, Nespresso system, electric kettle, small refrigerator, toaster.

Le Refuge du Pêcheur is located in the countryside, 10 minutes from the entrance to Brussels, near the Sonian Forest. It is accessible by train (2 stations: Groenendaal and Hoeilaart) and De Lijn bus.

• Nightly rate: €165/night/2 people (minimum of 2 nights) + €20/extra person

• Weekly rate: €750/2 people and €950/4 people

• Monthly rate: €1500/2 people only

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date. In case of customer cancellation,

• 1 week before arrival: 50% of the total amount

• Less than 2 days: the deposit is retained

The balance must be paid on the day of arrival in cash or in advance by bank transfer.
